Return Policy

Return Policy:

All returns must be made within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly refund or exchange any defective items, or items of the wrong size.

Email your order details to: admin@mykasher.com, including your name, email, order number, phone number, and what you ordered. Also please let us know why you need to return or exchange your item(s) and what size of item you wish to exchange for. You can also call our office at 503-444-7984 to initiate a return or exchange, but this must be done within 72 hours of receieving your order according to USPS tracking information.

We will determine if your request falls under our return policy (defective item, or wrong size) and email you a call tag (shipping label) to send your items back, assuming it’s within the allotted time-frame (72 hours upon receiving your order, according to USPS tracking information). Once we receive your items your are returning or exchanging, we will ship you the exchanged items or issue your refund at that time.
